Service availability, pricing, and results may vary based on property condition and specific requests. Esther’s Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to service. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to our terms, policies, and limitations of liability.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS
By booking services with Esther’s Cleaning, you agree to the following:
• Services are provided based on the scope agreed upon at booking. Additional requests may result in additional charges.
• Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.
• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for review.
• Esther’s Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or unsecured personal items.
• Services may be refused if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.
• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
